The new lite-on drive, is it for real?

hello guys. I have a friend who has sent in his Xbox 360 to MS. it was like 2-3 weeks ago. He will get it back next week.
And i'm pretty sure if this new drive lite-on 83...is for real will be on it. But what i was going to say was that, as soon as i get it on my hand i will check the drive and give all info you need for it. If it is for real? and so on.

ive just had 2 come back yesterday from m$ they went with a hit and sammy came back with liteon with manufact date as febuary 2009 Aoa2 nothing to match the mentiond drive

M$ knows we can get into the lite-on
so
i would say its just a matter of time before they make some kind of change.
This is a game a very tough game of "cat and mouse"

hey again guys. I just flashed it and it was the 74850C with AOA1. I don't if that 83blabla drive is for real..

but in manufactured it was june 2008 ??

Well lets all hope that another drive doesnt come out too soon anyway, people seem to have too many problems with the lite ons as they are now lol
