Post by jshakes »

The problem is I need to boot to bios via USB in order to use iprep, but as this is a new desktop i am having troubles.
Could it be...
1)The USB Drive isnt created properly.
2)My Mother Dont require USB, if not is it possible to update bios version?
3)I have 6 USB slots (2 on the front, 4 on the back) which one is primary?
4)Plz help

Any usb port should work, you may have to set your usb ports to legacy mode in BIOS. You'll have to check your manufacturers website for BIOS updates. You could always try Frostys mod cd.

Also worth formatting it in FAT if it doesn't boot from a FAT32 formatted stick and use a smallish capacity stick (anything upto 2 gb is recommended)

Man we're good but not that good, there's really no way for us to know the full settings of every bios out there. :D :D
