how to overclock q6600 2.40 Ghz to more?

Hello. I have a intel core quad q6600 2.40 ghz. and i want to overclock to 2.6- or 2.8 ?

Is it hard?
Do i need to buy anything?
If you have a tutorial that works without anyproblem plz help me.
Flashed Hitachi: 40 +, sammy 50+ BenQ around 80 + and LiteOn 100+

download rivaturner. If it is a dell it wont overclock
