CK3 vs. Maximus

Post by dustman1995 »

Has anyone used the Maximus extractor and spear? Also there is a usb spear for $25. Do you need an extractor with this or can you just use your 360 to power the drive using the usb spear? I tried going the cheapskate route as far as building my own rs232 probe from a tutorial on xbox-experts.com. A really well put together tutorial, but nontheless it still didn't work. I just want to make an educated purchase and I live in the US and want whatever I buy asap. I've had my son's liteon taken apart for over a week now. I would appreciate some good suggestions. Thanks guys.

I got mine here: http://www.modchip.ca/store/product.php ... 284&page=1

I believe they are on the good list located here: http://www.robinhoodsplayground.com/for ... 184&t=3091

It is well worth its price, and it will save you time.

THis looks like a great place to order from. I love their bundle packs and prices. How fast can they get to the US, and Is there any place based in the US to order from. I just remember in my ebay days everytime I ordered or sent something overseas it was always an ordeal and I waited forever.
