I finally got my Verbatium discs and used XBC to burn the image of my game, Star Wars Force Unleashed. I set the burn speed to 2x and burned the file to the disc (.dvd) and it took about 30 mins. When it finished I put the disc in my 360 which was flashed with IX1.6 and it comes up witht he error of Mixed Media Disc.
Any suggestions?

Re: Mixed Media Disc? Unplayable
Not sure what XBC is but try Image Burn. It's a great tool to have.

At 2.4x it should take about 45 minutes to burn the game. I would dissaude you from using XBC to burn your games but I myself have never actually used it. Try out ImgBurn as the above post mentions (imgburn.com). It's an essential application.

Re: Mixed Media Disc? Unplayable
Yes layer breaking is important. However, the .dvd file is the general remedy. The .dvd file really just tells the burning program the layer break number and the name of the .iso. The layer break can also be set manually inside ImgBurn. Go to, Tools -> Settings -> Write. On the right hand side you will see layer break. Click manually and throw the number 1913760 in (the same number you will find inside the .dvd if you open it with notepad).

Re: Mixed Media Disc? Unplayable
Ok just an update for anyone who may be reading this.
I read somewhere that the .dvd's that come extracted from XBC are not very reliable so I deleted them and created new ones using abgx360. Then I set the layer break in Image Burn to the specified number and then I burned my games.
They work perfectly.
Thanks for the help.
