I like how Microsoft says "very small breach". One copy leaked makes millions and millions. The game has french subtitles and probally would be safe to play it offline with no hard drive installed if someone was to do such a thing. And yea it plays on 1.6

there is no reason to go into how someone gets a early copy of games
i have a source only known to a few
but
not having your HD on when you play a game does not mean it should be safe
most of us think that the info needed for a ban gets saved on the onbo flash chip
HD or not the console will report what has happened on that conole

yea cofree is definitly right there is no safe way to play it.
