Hey everybody.Today I I tried to flash my lite on drive but everytime I ran jungleflasher the drive would not be detected! I put the sata cable into different ports on my motherboard but it still can't be found. I've looked around on google but can't find a solution. Any idea? your help would be much guys ;)

I have the ck3 pro connectivity kit v3 and I'm powering it with a molex from my computer. It picks up the usb on COM3 but for some reason the drive isn't detected by my computer and I don't know why :(

OK JF is not seeing it, do you have an RS232 or serial cable? Which version of JF are you using?

I haven't tried to flash a drive with USB yet, I'm not sure why your pc can't see it. One of the senior guys should have an answer for you.

You will need to buy a via card if jungle flasher cannot see your drive its because your motherboard chipset is not compatible.

The card you will need will need to be a Via Vt6421 you can buy it from pretty much anywhere, ebay, newegg, any computer parts website etc...

Just out of interest, what chipset is your motherboard??

I find it helps to set your sata mode to Legacy (SATA) in your BIOS with the onboard sata. What does your sata show up as in Device Manager?
