Playing xbox 1 backups on ixtreme 1.4

Is it possible to play xbox 1 backups on ixtreme v1.4? If it is, how do you do it. Is it like xbox 360 games, or is there a different process. Thanks.

Any xbox game can be played as long as it's on the compatibility list and you have downloaded the update to play them...
