Just flashed my lite on 74 now problem

I just flashed my lite on drive. Everything went ok no errors or anything now it wont read anything disc spins, I used jungleflasher here is the log:

Looking at your info it looks like it didn't copy your key in. When you go to auto load the FW, I always click spoof source to target. That way the keys match. Does the drive eject?

Im sorry i havent replied back. I did it again but this time instead of just unplugging the drive and hooking it back up to the 360 i hit the eject button on the ck3 to let the drive go in on its own. I think what this does is take it out of vendor mode or something because when i added this step everything is fine and it plays back ups.
