no i dont have to use these cables , cos my drive is liteon 83850.

hey what iprep you use?
make sure whan you in iprep in sata controller make you have your via raid card in there have it and COM port: COM1

i think if i use one of these cables i will brick the drive , and by the way i did that half open tray but with no luck am only get ff80 , i dont know what to do .

go to your ck3 and put in usb-mini to usb in your pc and try that

well am a fried if i use the USB cable i will lose my drive forever.

mmmm will wait to cofree come online maybe he can give you some tip or two to fix this.
it is 1 think i don't like iprep that you have to use rs232 to flash. who never make iprep don't think about the ppl that have new motherboard don't have rs232 and rs232 is so old and you can't use PCI Express Serial Port Cards. now i have to buy a crap motherboard to use rs232 just for using iprep.

no exactly , you can use usb cable instead of the s323 , but if u have the liteon 83850 , you dont even need them , you just connect the SATA and the power cable.
