They don't know and they can't se sh***. They are speculating. That's all. If you meet a certain requirment, ie. too many new games in a given time period, (which most of us fit into) and boom you are done. If they ban a few unflashed consoles, who cares? we are micro f ing soft. This goes with my crack a few eggs theory. Just a theory.

i was thinking that too but i've played 3 new games (old but new to my console) and i'm still good. viva pinata is the first old game that i've seen that has gotten someone banned.

ALL my games were kreon rips, and me and EVERY xbox i flashed was banned between holloween and today.
i bought a new xbox but im not gonna flash it.
and i pre-ordered modern warfare2 for the ps3 to change it up.
i own no games for xbox so ill just add mw2 to my ps3 collection. PLUS since all my friends are banned i wouldnt have anyone to play with on xbox.

all my games were kreon ripped. Maybe it has something to do with certain kreon drives making a not exactly 1 to 1 copy.

Like other 360 sites we should have a survey on the banned. Another conspiracy was that the new update that closed the jtag, since it FULLY modified the nand, is now able to scan certain drives/firmware OR scan the md5 of the backups to the originals.

Its quite obvious they can see right through are trench coats and we have to make new methods (again)


A way I thought was that you dump the nand and remove the encryption that enables the 360 to tell if its a backup then play, but every title update you will have to do it again and again ...

maybe the people i seen tonight playing Call of duty modern warfare 2 did not accept the update thats why there not banned..

is there anyway to reverse the update?

i think ms getting ppl when there update the game to play online that the only thing i can think of why ppl getting banned.
