Ok I was banned from xbox live about a week ago... I have modded another xbox and running 1.41... .. I have left the xbox on and signed in since i modded it.. So far i have not been banned.. i dont think they can ban me while im signed in.. so as long as the power doesnt go out i can still play older games on xbox live

yea, this isn't true, many people have been banned while playing a game. . .
