Flashing Beginner

Hey I have all the tools to flash drives, but I was wondering how all of you guys started out? Like is there a way to practice or just jump in and do it because I don't want to start flashing other peoples drives if I am gonna be messing up. So a little insight on how all of you guys got started would be great

Read up on every tutorial you can, search through common problem threads and take it easy. We were all beginners in the erm umm beginning?? Well i know what i mean.

Well I basically just thought one day I should look into flashing the 360, so I browsed the internet for info, watched all kinds of video's here, posted a few help topics, and was able to flash my first drive.

Then I did a second xbox of mine, then a third, then a fourth, then flashed a friend's, then another couple friends, then it was pretty much spread throughout my city that I mod xbox's...

Pretty much all you need to do is get your setup working... Decide if you will use JF or iPrep, pick one and try to stick to it. Get the VIA card, if your using JF disable your drivers.

Dale and Haggard are right. When i started i booked marked every single tutorial and site and read, read, read & watch time after time. Then did it all over again. Also never be affraid to ask a question how stupid or daft it seems, just ask and one of us will answer you.

Listen to these folk from the forest they know what they are talking about, as for me i did what they all said studied read and then finally took the dive to date i have only flashed 5 drives but thisd is the place to be if you need to find any information, good luck with your 1st attempt let me know how you get on
