Hi just thought i would throw out there. Has any body tried to reball the GPU them selves. I thought i might have a go at this and have order the stencils, solder balls etc. Probably will turn out to be a disaster but love a challenge. If any body can offer some suggestions would be much appreciated.

never did it but there has'nt been to many boards i havent been able to ressurect using a aoyue 968 and I only ever reflow the gpu.
