how to set up benq 0800

ok, im on the verge of selling my sch162d keon drive. the reason behind this, is im thinking of buying a benq drive with the 0800 firmware.
there are a few obstacles at the moment regarding the benq 0800
1, do i connect it to the sata card , same one that i flash with
2, how do i power it up , do i use ck3 or is there another method, maybe the pc
3, does it always give good kreon rips or is it moody like the samsung kreon schd162d

maybe i didn't explain the situation fully,
thanks for the tut commando_lee. but thats not the issue ive got no prob flashing the drive.
i would like some info on how to set up the benq 0800 drive to the pc. those of us in the playground who already have this setup, please tell me how
you power the drive(is there more than one way)?
as the drive is connected via sata im asuming the via 6421 is ok , with the drive connected on the external sata port?
does it always give good ss rips or is it moody like the samsung kreon drives?

ok providing you have the 0800 fw flashed. i normaly have the drive half way open then connect to the pc via the via card. Computer then should detect the drive and install to the pc, once that has done operate the drive just a standard pc drive

you can power the drive using the ck3 or what ever connectivity kit,

i think i'll check out some ways to make a home made ck3 kit .
how about the ss kreon rips are they mixed (good and bad)?
