To all out there this and I shall state here and now what I would like to see as a future proof Connectivity Kit
My kit idea would go like this ... there would be an on-board Microchip that has once all the cables and power supply cables , driver's and software started and if needed the probe set in place up
That the then microchip on the on-board connectivity kit will then commence to run all the stored sequences/steps of the Flashing Mode instructions that we normaly have to do but the kit takes over cos when you think it would not add that much to the size of the connectivity kit's Motherboard for this little bit of memory storage chip to be added
And if and when any new firmware comes out as it dose ! then how about up-dateing of the chip on the connectivity kt that links to the pc via e.g the mini usb port on the kit then plugging into the pc's usb port and If the Jungleflasher Team and Ixtreme open their very own paid for to become a Member of their site thus paying for the runing cost's of the site and of course any willing donation they could release the software to each member then for free direct and stop all the wasted forum sceptics page's and gb's of lost web space , And of course protect their software from any out-side interference with the software from and web monster's like Ms.
Just my idea what do you think member's ??????
So there you have the Future Proof Connectivity kit Super-Pro 1, or CK3-SP1. as I prefer.
EDIT COMMANDO
I have re scaled your image, nice dog BTW

Sounds like a modchip to me... Sounds like a rather expensive solution just so a few people can't hook the cable up backwards.
Nice animal, btw, but you might want to scale down the pic. It more than doubles the width of the page.

But there's no sense crying over every mistake,
you just keep on trying 'till you run out of cake.
