Hi guys, know this is a common question but what is the best burning speed?
I've read some guys that swear by 2.4x and some that say always burn at the fastest speed available, and even some who say burn at 1x.
I'm just trying to cut back on the amount of bad burns. I had a couple of bad burns when trying to burn a blu ray movie on the weekend and the blank media aint cheap! I think I did 4x then dropped down to 1x and it worked ok.
Is there any way to reduce the amount of bad burns? Like run a CD cleaner and don't run any other programs while burning?
I am going to burn xbox games at 2.4x, DVD movies at 8x and blu ray movies at 4x. Does anyone have any suggestions to burning speeds?

Re: Burning Speed
Don't know about blue rays, but DVD I always burn fastest available, and xbox 360 is said 2.4x is the best, but I do mine at 4.0 and I've had one out of 100 go bad. Plus with 4.0 speed usin IMGBURN it only takes 23 minutes.
