Cigar's are a great way to quit (for me at least). I used to smoke about 1/2 a pack to a pack a day, then I began smoking cigar's mainly cigarillo's/mini cigar's and ive cut back QUITE considerably. I now smoke maybe 4 or 5 cigarillo's every couple weeks. Ive gone a month or two without smoking at all.
