Re: Wxripper
what about the dvd file
Re: Wxripper
when you do a hot swap
you need to set the layer break your self.use img burn
you wont need the dvd file do that.
here look over this.

Re: Wxripper
The .dvd file is easy if you wanna make one...
open notepad
enter this :-
LayerBreak=1913760
IMAGE1.ISO
IMAGE1 is whatever your backup is called
exit and save, then rename the file extension to .dvd
job done. Imgburn doesn't need the DVD file if you set the layer break, I always use it though....

Re: Wxripper
Could you just make a copy of a previous .dvd file and just change the .iso name?

Re: Wxripper
never mind. I answered my own question. You can open a dvd file with notepad and change the iso name. Not sure that it really saves much time though. Good to know Lilrevuk, thanks for that info.Jman 31 wrote:Could you just make a copy of a previous .dvd file and just change the .iso name?

Re: Wxripper
Yes you can Jman. Just open the .dvd file with notepad and change the name of the iso to match the name of the one that you have, save it and your done. You can also use xdvd mulleter to create one as well. I don't trust mulleter all that much, but thats one thing that it does well

Re: Wxripper
its just a way to build the iso that you burn on a DL disc
doing it that way they say make it look more like a orig disc.
the "big guy" say it don't matter at this time if you burn it with split-vid.
i think most of us build our iso WITH the split-vid just be be on the safe side.
