83850C and 93450 flashing?

hey guys,

i have been reading and some ppl say flashing 93450 is the same as the 83850 is that true or no?

also iv tried the cut and jump with the prob 2 but i get this error in iprep

if you choose to resend the command you should turn off drive off and on after you press "yes"

any advice would help ty in advance mike.
