Hey guys. With Black Friday coming soon (Nov. 26) I will definitely be on the look out for a 4gb slim deal. I am, of course, NOT going to pay Microsoft $100+ for a 2.5" 250gb hard drive (hehe). So, my other options are external hard drives and pen drives. I don't have the former so I'm thinking the latter is a better bet? If you agree, what are your recommendations in terms of brands, size (I know 16gb is max), and speed? Direct links for purchasing optional (but recommended ).

As far as I know most thumb drives are about the same, I use kingston stick's and have never had an issue.
You should look into doing the HDD mod, and installing a 250 gb 3rd party HDD.
