Your x-clamp isn't working right.
Reflow the Solder again.

E-75 is very closely related to red ring it generally occurs after the red ring event, don't panic but this is your 360 in its death march, you might be able to salvage a couple of months of play time though....first take out your MOBO and check if your screws are tight from the xclamp repair...after you do that re assemble and overheat your unit again even at this point your getting all green....you have to overheat it till the fan quits. Next you must at this point do the 12v fan mod if you have not done so already...you did not mention if you using any other fan for cooling but if you are stop, the 12v is the ticket those after market hang on the back fans are garbage and WILL trash your system. If you need more hit me back

I hate to say it man, but it sounds like your xbox is done. You can try to reflow it, you can check for damage to make sure there's nothing broken or out of the ordinary. And I think shootsteel has $500 fix, but you could get 2 360's for that.

The 12v fan mod is not optional at this point...I have done plenty of these and it must be done to increase the life of your box...there is no fix for an xbox 360...it is a terminal patient the moment it leaves the factory all we can do is delay the inevitable ....it will become a pile of parts.

The last thing I would suggest would be to heatgun it, try this tutorial...

the E75 error is an easy fix. take your xbox apart. with it facing you, locate the chip in the back left corner of the main board next to where the internet cables plug in. check to make sure that none of the pins are touching each other, if so, gently move them apart. this should fix your error. I know it works, because I just finished doing this on my xbox.
