it's been a while since I been here but with Black Ops on the rise and we all know what happend last year with Modern Warfare 2 is it safe or what? if you take the update you will not be able to play the new wave of game
fable 3 is the only game so far that i know of that has this

Black op's will probably follow suit as well.
From previous experiences, we know the ban wave will be soon, so if your worried about being banned, you should keep a heads up, and honestly, you should be keeping this console offline from now, until after the wave, which we can only guess will be soon as history has shown us.
