Im afraid going back to stock wont make a blind bit of difference m8, if your to be banned like probs everyone will be then you be flagged already, safest bet is like what others here have said. Just dont update and keep it offline. Presumably you have another 360 like myself. I have an unflashed Elite so use that until more info comes about. All Im doing is recovering my gamertag and using the Elite with my profile aswell as using it on the flashed console, well hopefully thats possible anyway.

But dont waste your time going back to stock.

There is more to this update than meets the eye. Your console can now be flagged even if playing backups offline. Also on another note, there has been some progress on the new slim 360's. There are currently two versions of this lite-on drive. The first version can be fully dumped and there are tools out there to help you do it. Thanks for that geremia. The second version, can be dumped but the tools has not been released as of yet.

The most interesting thing about these drives is that the SPI flash has a switch built into it. This means that at any time, M$ could make the SPI read only. All they would have to is to (as geremia put it) hit the red button.

Sounds scary, but c4eva says the new LT+ firmware will have firmguard+ built into it to protect from such things. I suppose it will only be a matter of time until M$ starts sending them from the factory as read only.

i think its junk
it slows down the console to much

i guess if the motion thing goes like gang busters then it maybe fine
my guess is the new will ware off and we will just end up with a slower dash
