Why are you putting LT+ on a drive if your not playing backups?
It doesnt matter if your playing backups offline or online, if your game fail's the ap 2.5 check (wasn't patched correctly, or at all) you will be flagged and investigated by M$, and likely banned.

he will be playing back ups, but his kids only play retail on-line...he is wondering if he will get banned...
