Hi,i have Lite-OFW.bin and Lite-CFW.bin can i flash back to stock using JF or must i use dummy.bin as source? How can i get that file when i have liteon 93450C? On jungelflasher guide i must use the dummy.bin file as source and Lite-OFW.bin as target.

that is what you have to dophixion23 wrote:On jungelflasher guide i must use the dummy.bin file as source and Lite-OFW.bin as target.
use the lite-ofw.bin that is in the firmware pack on xbins
your dummy.bin is what has your key in it and other files needed

dummy.bin is not your OFW, it's jungle flasher's interpretation of what your OFW is based on the information it can dump.
Dummy files are only from 7 series and 8 v1 series drives. On v2 and 9 series drives there is no exploit to use, so you must do hardware modifications (cut/jump traces) in order to dump the drive. Therefore the data dumped from the drive is the full firmware not a guess...
Anyhow, to restore it, load the OFW into source and into target then just proceed to flashing.
Make sure you have a good key... Load the OFW as source and make sure for the key it's all random letters and numbers and not: AAAAAAAAAAAAAAA or FFFFFFFFFFFF or 000000000000000 etc etc...

EDIT: I have this from xbox-scene.phixion23 wrote:I have the original key, how can i make the dummy.bin file? On xbins there is no firmware pack...CoFree wrote:that is what you have to dophixion23 wrote:On jungelflasher guide i must use the dummy.bin file as source and Lite-OFW.bin as target.

Dummy bin is for older liteons.
The lite-ofw is your whole original firmware with key within.
Open it as your target fw in jungleflasher
go to MTKflash tab and click liteon erase
You will have to wait a second , then say ok to a few popups, then it will erase the drive, then when its done, turn the drive off then back on. It will go to status x72 then you can click write.
back to stock!

Make sure you have a good key first.
The CFW on the drive right now likely has your key in it (unless you had a bad flash?) so if you have a bad ofw or have just downloaded a clean one from the net your going to flash the wrong key and loose your original key forever.

Either way it'll work.
Use it as both, or just target same thing.
