hi guys just wondering is there a way yet to get the key off a liteon drive 838 after the update my brother just rang and said he updated his today and it wont play backups anymore and i dont have the key

there is a way to extract the key if you have the lizard 360 and the scorpian probe click on this then go to news at the top it will explain http://www.360lizard.com

no mate i dont i do have the usb 360 thou can i do it with that

not sure on that one but i would think so i think they work in the same way

just tried it mate and it asks for a probe does that mean it is the v2 838 and it needs thre probe v2

if it s v2,8300 then you are going to have to do the mra trace cutting hack to get the key

i have just cut traces mate but having trouble getting the key keeps coming up failed is there a way to do it with the usb pro

its ok now budy sorted it just had to do it the same way as before but with the usb pro thanks for your help
