etherent controller drivers

just installed windows 7 onto my sons laptop [toshiba ] its all ok but in device manager it is saying i need etherenet controller drivers where do i get these from i have a disc with 250.000 drivers on but it cant find this one

hi mate me again i have another small problem now , i cant seem to get it to conect to the internet wirelessly it did before i wiped it , when i try to conect it just asks me to plug in the ethernet there doresnt seem to be a wireless adapter there

does the ethernet work if you plug in the cat5 cable.

are you 100% sure you have both drivers installed in your pc
the lan network driver and the wireless network driver
