benq key help

hi i am trying to get the key from a benQ and every time i read the firmwear it says the drive key was not found f/w may be corrupt any help would be much appreciated

you can have a look here
if you are not sure its getting a true firmware dump

if you are getting a real dump and jungle flasher goes through all the steps
you may have a bad firmware in that drive
if you dont have a copy of the orig firmware or the key
you could have a brick

i have just looked a the firmwear and it says benq fw 0443 1c can this be read i have never seen this befor
