360 Lizard (HELP)

HI guys!I have a problem and Im hoping that someone here can help me. I flashed my Phat Liteon with the lizard to 1.91 and im still NOT on System Update 2.0.13146.0 (XGD3 Dashboard). Now i just rented Dead island and i can't play it cause it's asking me to update. I know what I have to do, Flash back to stock, take the update, then reflash, but I don't know HOW to do it. So what i'm looking for is a tutorial on how to do it with the 360 lizard. I already posted on the lizard website, but man their support Sucks. So if there are any lizard owners in this website and you know how to do it, can you please help. Thanks

if you flashed your drive yourself already then its easy, flashing back to stock is the same as flashing custom firmware, flash back to stock, put the drive back in the console, take the update off the disc, then flash your drive with LT+ 1.91 again
