its a first bootloader hack
kind of like the ps3
its before the efuses and the hypervisor get stated
so its not something that can be stopped by M$ with out a huge hardware change
once you get in
you can run unsigned code
have a look at this
once xell is loaded you can do about anything you want with the console
im waiting for this
im going to play with it some
but
truth be told i dont care about homebrew
as long as i can play backup for my girls.
this is what im dieing for

Why wait for the xkey why not just throw backups on an internal HDD on the reset glitch console for your daughters? I guess with the xkey all you need to do is transfer the game to the USB then plug it into the xkey.
