samsung ms25 is a different drive, found in some premium and elite xbox's, and also have a different way of flashing the drive. benq on the other hand is found in arcade xbox'z and mayb premium asswell. this also has to be flashed in different way.

There are a lot of different dvd drive that are put in a 360 console.The v25 was one of the first.
The benq is the newest dvd drive being put in the 360 console.
Now day you will find ether a v79 hit or a benq dvd drive in most 360 consoles.
M$ put any dvd drive in a console.They just went by what they had in stock and in hand.
