ok so you cant get iprep to open with out a error

when are you seeing that error at start up or when you try to put firmware.

At start up.

are you running vista
if so right click on iprep and run as admin.

I`m running windows xp.

where did you get the iprep from. maybe the file is corrupted. try this redownload it, redownload the winrar, disable security on windows xp. install them again and see what happens. what i think is your floppy is already dsabled.

I got Iprep for here. I`ve tryed all of that , but the wiinrar. I`ve disable all usb and sd card reader and all drives and one of my hard drives. I got two computer on a switch useing one mouse, keyboard and monitor. Do you think this could have anything to stop Iprep?

anything odd like that could be the problem.
disabling the drive is not enough you have to unhook the sata cable from the cd/dvd drive and/or the sata hard drive.

Open computer up and unhook everything but one hard drive. That did not work. Were does the red cable go to that came with the vt 6421a card go?

after you build the usb flash with iprep.
you will then unhook all the drives and boot on the usb flash.after iprep builds it it will be a boot drive.
then hook up the sata cable to the front port on the card(inside the computer) and the other end goes to your 360 dvddrive.
