Well, the 79 is a cat of a different color. You should be able to dump the 79, but its a little different procedure. See this video and read the pdf download for more information on how to do it. I think all the extra software that you'll need is in the download section as well.

Here is the LINK to the 79 unlock pack. You'll need that to unlock your 79 to be able to dump it. Just follow the video and pdf to do it.

thanks guys but when i dump the 79 and it gets to the point were you flash which i dont want to flash it do i have to flash or can i just restart it and it will play original games?.and then spoof the 78 with the dumped firmware and drivekey from the 79?
sorry for all this i get all you have told me but im unsure about 79 bit as dont to mess that drive up

Yeah. Once you get the firmware dumped, you can disconnected it and put it back up unflashed. The idea here is to just dump the firmware so you can get the drive key.

ok gays thanks for all your help i just flashed 2 79s i will try that spoofing on the 78 some other time im happy to have got the 79s done
