Does it matter if I have my drive powered through the Blaster but the SATA is direct. Tried a new Flash drive and this one wouldnt even boot. i am trying to get a hold of a floppy drive. For the VIA pci card what is the primary SATA port? or does it not matter?

on the sata card most of the time it is the port inside the computer closest to the front of the computer

Yahtzee! I got it. It recognizes the disk but cant read it, it says it may be dirty. is there a better DL disk to use for xbox games>

man that last post threw me.
what are you asking now.
for your backup game you need to use verbatim DL disc
dump t6he game slow 4x speed
and burn slow 2.4x no faster

I have to use verbatim DL discs? Memorex wont work? So if i were to download a 360 game is there a specific procedure to burning it?

Fair enough... I tried a backup copy of a game i already have. Its two folders: AUDIO_TS and VIDEO_TS. Xbox wont recognize disc its an HP DVD+R DL

well thats right there will be those 2 files.
but
that dont mater
there is no reason to even look at the files on the disc.

did you make the backup just like the guide said.
