firstly, use iprep 8.8, but iprep isnt set for 64bit i doubt that you will get a read or dump from that drive.

Not sure .. But like I said . It worked when i flashed my drive the first time . flashed it with 1.4 and never had a problem.

Ya .. The new Sata card should be here sometime next week or week after . I hope it fixes my problem. I mean I do have a XP laptop but no sata ports there

Well .. New sata card did it .. As soon as it asked me to resend MTK vendor .. I hit Y for Yes .. and power cycled the drive .. Status was I think x50 .. Turned back on and instantly went to what drive to pick from lol . SO im all flashed up.. Now I guess well wait for the next FW update lol . Thanks alot for all your help Slash !

Your onboard would have worked originally because the ms25 doesn't have much of a firmguard. As soon as a 25 is flashed to ixtreme, it reports (and behaves) like an ms28, which had a much improved (stubborn) firmguard, which makes it more difficult to access Vendor Mode.

Ya .. I didnt realize that would happen . Make it a MS28 . But the CFW i flashed to it . Im pretty sure a friend of mine sent it to me to spoof it back to MS25. Hes on another xbox site . really smart kid ..
