No, I didn't dump it. I just extracted the key, inquiry, and identify and stuff.

yea, thats the dump. . .
Re: PC can't detect Liteon drive after failed spoofing
So do you guys think I should try to restore it, and just it again?
Or is it at all possible that this problem isn't related to the Drive?

Re: PC can't detect Liteon drive after failed spoofing
Try this. Open jungleflasher and put you org lite-on dummy file in source. Now put lite-on Intreme 1.51
in target and spoof source to target. Now save this in a folder on your desk top.
Load up your sammy OFW in source. Now load up the lite-on frimware that you save in the folder on your desk top
in target. Now spoof source to target. It should have something like lite-on drive frimware 1.51 and
spoof as TS-H943Ams 28. Save this to the same folder on desk top and flash your lite-on with this frimware.

Re: PC can't detect Liteon drive after failed spoofing
I just tried that. It still doesn't work. I also tried to open the drive with a connectivity kit and then hook it up to the XBOX with the disc already inside, and it still won't read it. It just gives me the same old stuff.
Thanks for the help on this by the way. I appreciate it.
update:
So now I restored my drive to Liteon, then I dumped it and spoofed that with the Samsung and flashed it again. And still no luck.

from your 1st postHan Cholo wrote:I had a failed spoofing attempt with a liteon drive into an ms25 console.
you are tring to put a lite-on dvd drive into a 360 console that had a v25 samsung dvd drive
right.
Re: PC can't detect Liteon drive after failed spoofing
Yeah. That's right. But I just spoofed that liteon as a Benq and tested it in another console and it worked fine. So I guess my problem would be with my original Samsung dump or the XBOX itself.
Update: so after a while of it displaying reading, it changes over and reads unplayable disc.
I don't know if it makes a difference but the dashboard on the XBOX hasn't been updated for 8 months. I tried to update it but for whatever reason my controllers won't sync to it.

Re: PC can't detect Liteon drive after failed spoofing
I think this bad boy is done. It would seem that I have no choice but to attempt darksides "repair" method.
But thanks to everybody for trying to help me out on that.
