lol ok so i enable my via controller again renaming the .bak to .sys and just to check if i made a difference i used maximus xtractor software, worked!
then i opened up jungle flasher and bam it worked!
so now i have my lite on key and the target to the new samcfw 1.51 and spoofed it.
now i go to mkt flash 32 and can see my drive, now my driver because it is already spoofed shows it as a liteon drive. i read that i have to take the sammy into service mode to enable to flash is this correct, cofree the pdf wasnt very clear but i will read it again..
thanks guys and sorry for the headache if anything this will help out some other unfortunate soul that i lost in the real of firmwares.

Ok alls well ends well.
using your method cofree i used i prep on a usb driver and erased and flashed.
