As long as you have a good key for that drive, you'll be able to get it working again...
As cofree mentioned before, you'll need to do a restore... This can be done with either DOSFlash32 or with Lite-On-Erase (which is in the DOS folder of the 1.5 firmware pack). You'll need to add LOE to the root of your iprep flash. You can then use it like so...
L-O-E [port number]
It should report back a status of 0x72 (You'll probably get 0x80 to start with, do it a few times to get the right response.) This means the drive is now reporting back as empty, and you should now be able to flash it with your hacked firmware with your key in it...
