Man that is a sweet ass windows just to see inside of your system. What did you use to cut the windows out?

well i m not sure what its called as it is used on cutting the edges of the window of pvc or something. i just nicked it from my dads company. it is like a drill but with a sharpe knife with zagged pattern and moved up and down really fast, i didnt sand it down as i guess didnt have the patience to.

The tool that your talking about is called a 'Nibbler". Basically it nibbles away the plastic with its sharp knife leaving a nice smooth edge.

looks great! I'm jealous.

My goal was to have a window with some curved edges, so I started small and modded the harddrive cover first...and let me tell you....I will never go for a flush mount window again with curved edges. It looks sweet but took FOREVER.

I like your window layout, I may have to steal your idea :)
