Ive been QUITE drunk but never unable to walk around. I have seen a girl that drunk though, it was her birthday and we were doing a pub crawl it was one of the funniest things ive ever witnessed.

There's no way that behaviour is the result of alcohol. Definitely some sort of trip, acid or something.

Depends on the person, he looks like he is tripping, but I witnessed a friend of mine act almost the same, and I know for a fact she didnt do any drugs.
