What was the two errors?? You shouldn't get any errors for it to work properly.

now, under the mtkflash box, i have a mtkflash and DoSflash compatible in green.........NVIDIA MCP61 Serial ATA controller....all good so far?
in the samsung box i had samsung ixtreme 1.41, in the benq box i had benq ixtreme 1.41.....i clicked prepare destination, got 2 errors, but the a success message........that good?.......
these are now the contents of my MS.......its now called IPREP_101, and it contains:-
3 folders(BACKUPS, CFW, and Tools)
8 bat files(Autoexec,dben,dsam,fben,fsam,intro,rben,rsam
does this sound right?
There is no such release as samsung 1.41 !
Only the benq release was revised. would be interested in knowing what the errors are.
As for contents.. yep, looks ok 2 me
Before you go any further lets clarify some details...
what drive are you flashing??
If you are flashing a BenQ you only need the BenQ firmware & vice versa for the samsung.
If you plan to flash multiple drives then fine.. prepare the flash key/floppy with both
if not.. then don't add them to the arrangement as this could confuse matters for yourself

ok.. forget that tutorial
you are using iprep 6 now & it configures everything for you - commands are also made simple

there is a great video tutorial on here that explains it all.

Thats a windows error not an iprep error... google gods should resolve that 1 for you
http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&q= ... arch&meta=
Just make sure after you do your dump // you boot back into windows & check the dump & key... also back it up somewhere safe

the video shows all that
it will build your hacked firmware after the dump.just like in the video.
firmware toolbox is a program that you load your firmware into and it will show you your key

iprep uses mtkflash & simplyfies the command lines down. it also builds your hacked firmware automaticly after the dump.. Just follow the video tut & read the on screen prompts
as for the d1.. if that doesn't work then the process halts
It's basicly the initial reading & accessing of the drive
If you get stuck here it's most likely a problem with your sata chipset/card
firmware toolbox can flash certain drives under windows & it can handle most drive dumps/firmwares for checking/ modifying keys / spoofing etc.
use it in this case only to validate your key

as explained above.. iprep will automate the process

awesome!!!!!...so the trick is when the dump and create is done, then i take 1 of my orig.bin and check the key, also take my hacked.bin and see if the key matches?..........if it does, then i just boot to my flash stick again and flash the hacked.bin?..........am i getting that right?
