Thats great news guys,

Does anybody know if the latest version of iprep will already be equiped to deral with 1.61 or will we have to wait for a new version ???

Probably just need a new ixdef file.

I have a lite on with 1.51 and just so I am not confused all you have to do is just flash it to 1.61 like I did when I went from stock to 1.51.

djshauny1 Is this new of yours just a prediction or do you have any proof that it is indeed going to happen. A log of this such conversation or a like perhaps.

Guys be patient. The absolute worst thing you can do is rush into this and flash bad firmware. Lets say for instance that c4eva isn't perfect and deletes one byte that doesn't get noticed until three days later when 1000's of systems get banned. Then you'll feel pretty stupid for rushing head long into this. Give the mods and admins a few days to ruin a system or two before you dedicate yourselves to this new firmware.

I have been reading on a lot of other sites and I think I strongly agree about letting the impatient people try the new f/w first. I am sure they will have everything good to go by the time CoD MW 2 hits in a few weeks.

Makes me laugh, there getting this for free so why is every1 moaning about it

I think you guys misunderstood me. I'm not asking merely because I'm eager to use or mod but simply curious if there's any substantial proof that this news has any truth behind it.
As I'm sure there are other news related this that are being discussed but almost and if not all are all hear say, rumors or personal ETA's. And without proof, it's all what it is really...
We'll see I guess since u all seems to be convinced it's true.
So the predicted dates are no longer that 8th Nov 09 or end of Oct 09. That's only x10 days at max so yeah.

These guys know what there dong let then test it and see if there are any problems or faults with it
