New 360s without 2nd GPU-heatsink and Unreadable drive

I have recently flashed my elite rencently, it has a Philips-LiteOn DG16D2S-09C drive, used Jungle Flasher and havent had a problem, i also flashed 2 of my friends with the same drive with out any problems, my xbox was Lot: 0929X Team: CSON. When i opened it up the gpu had the additional heatsink part with the cooper pipe and little heatsink coming off it.

It has been tested "unreadlble" not unwrightable so how exactly did you do this?...
