Problem Solved! The problem was the cables were lose on the motherboard!
Works perfectly now!
Now all I've got to do is get is get my SATA card...
This is what I think I'm going to get...it's what sccrbrandon4788 has...what do you all think?

It should work for you man. Thats basically the same card that I have, just a different brand. Mine's a syba brand, but they look identical so it should work just fine.

Okay...I successfully flashed my 360 less than an hour ago...feels pretty f'in good, too!
