I just got off microsofts official forums and read a whole bunch of people got banned for supposedly no reason. I don't think they can detect fw. I think they are just sending a message by shooting into the dark and whatever they hit, they hit and don't care about it. They are using the gotta break some eggs to make an omelet theory.

borderlands is wave 3.

and i just did an xbox last nite. he knew about the ban and wasnt worried if he got banned. because he plays mainly ps3, and its a non hdmi box
