omg i did it, i was searching whole day,
i unpluged internet, closed utorrent, reinstalled abgx360

and opaaa, it pached to wave 3 from wave 4,

sorry but did not help me,

i found out in the internet that is some cases you may need , close uttorent, than discconect internet, then reinstal abgx and then it may patch the game,
i tried and it really did
