Well I delivered to gamestop today and this is just a rumor but since the 360 banwave has taken place nintendo is talking about lowering the price of the wii again,now take it that this is rumor only but just think is nintendo does that and sony would do the same with the ps3 then this whole plan to get rid of all the modded consoles so people would buy new ones back fired right in MS face I sure do hope so...

you must of not been paying attention at all to the gamestop employee during your visit.
the prices of the wii's did not go down in price and WILL not go down in price... Gamestop is just having a limited time special for the wii's since inventory is at surplus at the moment...

and for sony.. sony price will drop down to 249.99 next year. not anytime soon.....

Aww, that sucks. The truth is, I kind of want a Wii, even though I slam it all the time. All the games either don't interest me or are just more-of-the-same sequels like Brawl and Mario Kart Wii. I don't care at all for Mario...

There's still time... Unless Nintendo wants to talk Pikmin, wii is nothing but an overpriced paper weight.
