this crap microsoft is pulling is just stupid they think that they are the only game system out there and that they own the Internet i don't think so they get you for adding new hardware to your xbox that you own you don't rent the dam thing you own it and what you do to it is none of there business the only thing they have there is a violation of a warranty you cant Evan fix the dam thing your self you have to send it back and pay what ever they say is the cost or you get banned and the list gos on all i can say is the xbox 360 is $299 and the ps3 is $299 you make the chose i would go for a ps3 sine you have to pay for the game know anyways and let xbox live die out

I'm very tempted to get a PS3, the only thing is I don't have many friends who own a PS3 or it wouldn't be a big deal to make the switch. Besides once the new firmware comes out it's going on my 360. I will play backups again!
