if you read the new ULA it states that m$ has added DRM and the right to install software to monitor your activities. I don't know if that was just added or there from before.

wow, I missed that one. I think thats for when they get a report of someone acting up on XBL or something. I'll have to go re-read the eula.

I've unplugged all my 360s from the net to await news from this newsgroup to see what issues may come.

so you will have to decide when you want to take it.

that being said.
i think the longer you wait the better.
you just never know what M$ will do.

just a update well all i decided to log onto my modded 360 cause sooner or later i woulda have to. 360 started up took the update and i was playing on it a day after the update but like u guys say its up to us when we wanna play on it again just want everyone to know its working fine as of now cause we dunno what m$ have up there sleeves or they will have another bann wave comming!

well im now think that M$ got the people that they wanted before the update.
If for no other reason to thin the heard (so to speak).Everyone they banned just saved them bandwidth.
They showed that you could/would get banned before the update so you know they can after the update.
im sure ill be taking iot on the rest of mine in the next day or two

oh thanx for the ifo that we still can get banned afte rthe update im not sure if i should leave it off for another day or 2 any suggestions i know its up to me

well i took the update a different console today.
im sure all of mine will be updated tomorrow

took the update on my modded benq and everything is OK.

I had one xbox to RROD after taking the update.... Seems a miracle has happened, sort of. I finally got the time to take a look at the box. I un-hooked it and took it to my work bench. I started to disassemble it. Something told me to hook it up and try it first. I hit the power switch and it booted right up. Tried it several times, booted perfect. Took it back to its home and played Gears 2 for 2 hours and it seems to be working fairly well.

I know it won't last though. So, nothing really has changed other than I'm back up to 2 360's and able to play with my daughter online!!
